Alex Gerber – President (San Antonio/Austin)

Alex Gerber is responsible for new business acquisitions and implementing Cobalt’s mission and business model as a full service, commercial, property maintenance company.

Alex started in Tenant Rep Brokerage with City Venture Group, then moved to Direct Development where he was Director of Brokerage Services. Alex was responsible for leasing and negotiating over 3 million square feet of retail space for Direct Development, in addition to various third party project leasing.

Alex graduated from Southern Methodist University with a Bachelors degree in Economics with an emphasis on Finance. He is a licensed real estate Broker in the state of Texas and is an active member of ICSC.
