Adam Teckman- President/Co-Founder
Adam Teckman is responsible for business development and ensuring consistent, reliable and cost efficient, property maintenance services.
Prior to starting Cobalt Real Estate Services, Adam worked for Direct Development, a Dallas based, shopping center development firm, specializing in power centers with big box anchors including; Super Target, Belk, JC Pennies, Lowes, Dicks Sporting Goods, to name a few. At Direct, Adam was responsible for the company’s property management division where he managed the company’s entire portfolio including over 3 million square feet of real estate.
Adam graduated from Texas Christian University in Fort Worth, Texas. He holds his real estate license in the state of Texas and is actively involved in ICSC.
